Payment

All prices are listed either in Euros (€) or US dollars (US$). Currency can be changed and displayed according to your preference in the upper right corner of the page. All prices include VAT (20%). Outside of shipping and handling, no other charges will be added to the final price of items (check Shipping info here).

In our web shop you can choose between the following payment options:

1. Credit Card Payments
We accept all major credit cards. It is easy and quick yet a very safe option. Our payment partner, the Moneybookers, is one of the most appreciated online credit card payment service providers in the world. Security is a priority, therefore all data is encrypted. We ensure that no personal information will be shared with third parties.

2. Moneybookers eWallet Payments
We also have integrated Moneybookers eWallet system. If you have a Moneybookers account or you would like to create one, eWallet is another quick and comfortable payment option for you.

3. Internet Banklinks
If you have an Estonian Swedbank or SEB Bank account, you can use direct internet banking to pay for your purchase.

Order Confirmation
When we have received your order, we will send a confirmation email with information about your order. Check your order confirmation and make sure that everything is correct. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us immediately. Please save your order confirmation, as it contains information about your order and constitutes your receipt. When your package is sent from the Bhairava Shop you will receive an email confirmation.

Shipping Confirmation
In addition, a notification email will be sent to you once we have shipped your order. This allows you to be updated and to follow the development of your order.

Exchanging Goods
You have the right to exchange goods within 14 days of receiving them. While we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, if you receive a defective product, please contact us promptly (within 14 days) to arrange an exchange. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further details.
